Choose Your Submersible Sump Pump

When selecting your new pump, there are three things you need to know: your collection basin diameter, switch style, and preferred material. Need help? Use the options below to learn more.

Basin Diameter
To determine your basin diameter, use a tape measure to measure across your water collection basin. Typical numbers are between 11″ and 18.”

Switch Style
To determine your switch style, consider your options: a vertical switch features a float that slides up and down on a vertical rod below the pump. These tend to work best with smaller sump basins (11“ to 14”). A wide-angle or tethered switch features a float attached to the pump and is more common with larger sump basins (14“+).

Material
To determine your preferred material, here’s what to consider: Do you prefer a heavy-duty model that’s built to last and gives you the best value? Choose Cast Iron. Are you looking for a commercial-grade pump built to handle high quantities of water? Stainless Steel is right for you. Do you want our most affordable option? Go with Anodized Aluminum.
